It's for the Capital One Mascot Challenge. Boomer barely beat the stupid lsu tiger in week one then lost to a SD jack rabbit in week two by 55 votes. This week he is much farther behind the Navy ram.

A. The mascots do not look like pigs anymore, they have changed dramatically since their debut and look pretty cool now.

B. Anyone with anything bad to say about that video needs to channel their negative energy towards something more important. It's for a mascot challenge, and any of the other teams would be hard pressed to have a better video than that. The acting fits the lyrics perfectly, and it is hilarious!

So they got rid of the pig part of the horsepigs and made them gayer than Richard Simmons riding George Michael in a Miata and I'm supposed to like them more? Not happening!

I would not waste my time ridiculing Pistol Pete for anything. I doubt OSU knows what hip-hop is in the first place, I would actually commend them. Theirs would probably be Tim McGraw's "Down on the Farm" or something.

By the way, in the Boomer video the song is "Ice Cream Paint Job" by Dorrough (from Dallas, TX). And yes, I do support that.

EDSBS had a funny take on it. It was more of a knock on the Schooner than it was the actual mascot.

The sleeping with your eyes open deal was kind of creepy..

I don't have enough loyalty to anything, except MAYBE my mom, to ever lie and say that video did anything other than make my soul throw up into my brain.

I wish it had thrown up into my eyes and ears, because I'd rather be waterboarded with my own vomit than EVER see OU belittled like that again. I hate the horsepigs more than ever now.

You people make me laugh. The mascots are awesome, definitely better than Pistol Pete, Bevo 1/2, Lil' Red, etc. They look nothing like the original "horsepigs", which were terrible indeed. And I agree with TopDawg, that would have been cool to change the words, but we would have had to get the artist to re-make the song or just had someone do a cover. Either way, it would have been cool. It's a cool video anyway.
