View Full Version : Eldridge breaks pinkie finger

sooner59
9/9/2009, 01:28 PM
I'm hearing news that Habern, Lepack, and Eldridge all got hurt yesterday in practice. Lepack supposedly had his legs rolled on, Eldridge may have broken his hand......no details on Habern.

Can anybody get some more info on this? This is starting to **** me off.

Do we need to start practicing with touch or flag football? Do we just watch film and go play? Give me a break. I hope this isn't true.

Heard it from the same person that told me when Gresham got hurt in practice before it was made public.

I hope it isn't true as much as you, trust me. I'm sick and tired of these injuries.

I am not presenting this as truth. I heard it from someone who was right before and I am asking everyone if they have heard anything that could confirm or disprove this. I just want more info.

I know....that's why began to curse loudly when I heard it.

And that's just it. Its a rumor. No credible sources. Just word of mouth. I didn't start the rumor, I just wanted to see if anybody else heard it. It seems improbable that all 3 centers would go down at once. But at this point.....it wouldn't surprise me. I hope its just a prank as well.

Awesome! While they're turning out players into cyborgs can we give one of the reserve QBs a Lobot treatment?

The coaches wouldn't be able to communicate well with the quarterbacks if they were Lobot...I guess I could sync one up with my laptop

win-win deal as far as i'm concerned.

"Landry Jones, you were 27 of 27 for 1,398 yards and 27 touchdowns. However, you only had -.5 yards rushing due to a bad snap where you had to fall on the ball. What happened out there?"

"Landry Jones can't do everything."

Am I the only one laughing?

I guess to keep from crying.
In the real world, this would be so far from the truth. In sooner football 2009 world, it's gotta be true. They're dropping like flies.

so true. It's depressing to know I looked forward to this season more than any other sports season in my life and to have this crap happen week after week. :(

I wouldn't be surprised to browse fml.com and find this:

"I'm an Oklahoma Sooners fan. FML"

This just in...Jammal Brown injured his hip and will be out 4-6 weeks. Looks like it's extending to former players, too.

Bring Tebow to lay hands.

Perhaps this is the problem. We dared to defy the holy tebow and now he is smiting our team.

Tebow Dammit!!
