In about an hour or so I am heading out for the annual elk/mule deer muzzleloader hunt in northern Colorado. We are in need of some fresh meat for the O-State tailgate chili, and between myself, my brother, and my nephew, we have tags for:

1- bull elk
1- cow elk
1- mule deer doe
2- mule deer bucks

If we don't come home with at least some doe meat, we pretty much suck at hunting.

You cretins behave yourselves, and see you at the Tulsa tailgate.

actually, the only places you drive *through* boulder to get to are nederland and/or estes park. all yer hunting up there are hippies, bourgie trust-fund types from New England or NY on a semi-permanent vacation in the provinces, or old people. none of them is good eating.
