Is this the season we lose our home winning streak?

No. This year is our easy home schedule. Next year, maybe, but i highly doubt it for this year.

I'm scared to death of Tulsa. I think they'll score against our D. I am not sold on this defense.

And I don't think we can score with them without SB and JG and with 100 yards of penalties and this Meerkat offense B.S.

I'm just sayin, if we played BYU at home, we wouldn't have lost.

Yeah its sad saying that I do worry about Tulsa also. Godforbid Andre Ware makes an accurate prediction

No regardless of this coaching staff's faults.....the team we have now will be spitting fire by November.

The bad part is we don't have Adrian Peterson to bail us out against Tulsa this time.

I'm just telling you--Tulsa moved the ball very well against Tulane. I know Tulane sucks, but Tulsa didn't even have to try.

Our offense had a single guy with like 6 penalties.

I'm worried.

We cannot get into a shoot out with Tulsa, they have more bullets right now.....

Yeah its sad saying that I do worry about Tulsa also. Godforbid Andre Ware makes an accurate predictionI would call it ACCURATE if he had said we would lose 4 games because Sam was hurt, since that is the only way we lose four. As for the streak all we need is two wins to reset the all-time Owen Field streak.

No regardless of this coaching staff's faults.....the team we have now will be spitting fire by November.

The only problem is we have several difficult games before November gets here. Tulsa just might be one of them.

I'm a nOOb so I don't know much, according to some on here, but I think the streak will end this year.

If you watched the game you know we're not very good. Did anyone see if Kevin Wilson was at the unemployment office today, he should have been.

Tulsa looked solid in front of the two dozen fans that showed up to the Superdome last week :D

Seriously - I think there were more Tulsa fans than Tulane at that nationally-televised game, heh.

TU (LSA!) has a very good quarterback in Kinne... I think I spelled that right. He was a Texas transfer (they kept repeating that during the game because the game was so lopsided and ran out of things to talk about I guess) after Mack fell in love with Colt. As Major Applewhite can testify to, once Mack starts dating a quarterback, it's hard to get him to dump the QB of choice, so my guess is Kinne was worthy of being a Texas starter, but just couldn't get the snaps and practice time away from Colt.

Not that BYU and TU are equal (although they might be), but the way TU rushed Tulane's QB was kind of a preview of what we saw BYU's defense doing all night to us.

BYU 33 rushing plays for 28 yards.

good stat but I think that includes sacks.

We played really good D but not great. What did we have, like 350 passing yards against us? Granted, about 100 of those came on 2 plays

BYU 33 rushing plays for 28 yards.

Why would they run the ball? Their pass plays were working pretty well. At lease well enough to win the game.

I watched the Tulsa game and I agree that they did a good job on pass rushing. If our O line plays as they did against BYU, we will have a problem with them. Just hope KW figures out how to change things real fast.
