Said Boise would beat Oregon 59-54 in double overtime. I can tell you one thing. If he happens to hit that exact score, Chip Kelly will not be the Oregon coach in the morning, because I can only think of one way a team can win an overtime game by five points and it would require the dumbest coaching decision in the history of the sport.

i'm trying to figure out how to lose an OT game by 5. the other team kicks a field goal putting them up 3, then you go all the way from their 25 back until you get a safety?

ah gotcha. wouldn't surprise me if oregon's new coach did something like that. EMBARASSING offensive display, and it's not like those players haven't produced in the past. blount had 17 TD's last year and i think that QB had a good year too.

Cowherd has his west coast tree hugging hippie dope smoking moments for sure on his show. Although I don't agree with 70% of the BS he spews, he does have a few semi-educated points from time to time.

I think I've figured it out.

Obviously, they go in, tied, at 52-52 into OT.

Boise State scores a TD on their first possession and kicks the PAT to make it 59-52.

Oregon gets intercepted in their own end zone, and the BSU player becomes disoriented. So instead of simply going down to the ground to make it a touchback, he tries to run it out, stops at the two, reverses field and gets tackled in the end zone for a Safety.

Game over, 59-54 final.

So there!! :D
