...and in other business news, JetBlue published their annual state of the company address today. Their ranking in overall airline customer satisfaction was peculiarly devoid of a number. Instead they just listed an asterisk.

JetBlue, shouldn't they be like Michigan or Kentyucky's airline?
JetBurnt doesn't inspire a lot of safety confidence.

as a jetblue employee, i can tell you that i am not a happy camper. i nearly threw up yesterday when i opened my company email and say this trash....ugh
