Good pickup, he looks more like an H-Back than a traditional tight end.
Just keep reeling them in. Now we need White, Stills, and Prater !!

Does anyone remember if we have EVAR gotten a recruit from Columbia MO, before? Betcha the UM community is rankled!
BTW, I don't see him on Rhino's list, yet.

Okay, so, I don't get it. Used to be the season ended, and you started watching recruiting to keep yourself sane. Now, I go and look, and we have upwards of 20 recruits... For 2010? WTF? When did this change?
I know I haven't been paying enough attention, obviously, but this seems like a fairly dramatic shift. Am I insane in believing that we used to have, at most, a tiny handful of early commits -- while everyone else "leaned" and took visits 'n such?
Kids these days. With their music & their hair & their early commitment to the school of their choice.

OU is still in contact with him though. I believe Corey Nelson still has interest in OU.

I'm a little confused, Corey Nelson is a linebacker. I thought we were talking about tight ends.

I think he was just refering to recruits we really really wanted and commited somewhere else. Both were huge targets of ours, and both stung when they went elsewhere.

Kids these days. With their music & their hair & their early commitment to the school of their choice.A few years ago UT was the first team to start offering schollies early(during summer camps) .For a couple of years OU contnued its standard recruiting and then started offering early like UT.IMHO OU coaches watched for a while to seehow it worked fpr UT and other schools and then jumped abord the Express Schollie Train. At least that is my take from watching the last 3-5 seasons of recruiting.

Well I figure James Hannah ends up being more of a pass-catching tightend. I see Millard as more of a Eldridge type of an H-back..
pardon the interREDtion
