BYU trash talk is a little eccentric, but @ least it's original.

"You ever had the swine flu?" — Brigham Young running back Harvey Unga, suggesting that handling the pounding from Oklahoma’s defense couldn’t any be worse than dealing with swine flu; Unga endured the virus for almost two weeks in June, and as a result is being held out of contact drills this fall camp.

So was he saying that OU's defense are full of bad people and, therefore, like swine flu? Or is he making a compliment in saying that preparing for a defense like OU's is like having swine flu?

I think he's tlaking about the pain he will endure after clashing with the OU defense.

Am I missing something? I didn't see any smack talk. He had the swine flu, and apparently that was pretty rough. He's just saying he couldn't imagine anything worse.

Unga?

Heh

His name used to be Harvey Albert, but with that terrible, terrible flu, all he could say was, "Unga!" and "Oboe!" They chose to go with "Unga" as it seemed unbecoming to refer to him as a portly musical instrument.

Swine Flu Symptoms

According to the CDC, like seasonal flu, symptoms of swine flu infections can include:

* fever, which is usually high, but unlike seasonal flu, is sometimes absent
* cough
* runny nose or stuffy nose
* sore throat
* body aches
* headache
* chills
* fatigue or tiredness, which can be extreme
* diarrhea and vomiting, sometimes, but more commonly seen than with seasonal flu

OU Defense Symptoms

According to the CDC, like seasonal flu, symptoms of OU Defense infections can include:

* fever, which is usually high, but unlike seasonal flu, is sometimes absent
* cough
* crying and weeping followed by gnashing of teeth
* runny nose or stuffy nose
* sore throat
* body aches
* headache
* chills
* fatigue or tiredness, which can be extreme
* diarrhea and vomiting, sometimes, but more commonly seen with prolonged viewing of the color burnt orange

The CDC also says if you have been exposed by the OU Defense consult your DR. and see your Priest as soon as possible.

I could use lots of adjectives to describe an oboe, and portly isn't one of them.

Doesn't Unga know that it is politically incorrect to refer to it as the swine flu?
The Razorback fans might take offense.
The Sooner DL should put "H1N1" on their foreheads.
