Do you stand outside and let the water temp get just right and then get in, or do you get in the shower and then turn the water on and adjust from there? I prefer the former, but was curious how much diversity there is in shower getting in approaches.

I usually just wait till spring when the rains are Nice and warm

I take no changes of getting burnt or frozen. I let it warm up first.

I got in once and turned on the water. my forehead started getting numb, so i stopped doing that.

get water temp right and then get in. OR I adjust the shower head so it's not spraying at me and stand out of the water until it heats up.

I let it warm up first, then get in. My skin's too old for the shock!

I stand outside the shower and wait for the water temperature heat up.

I'm OCD with showering. I take 2-3 a day. If I'm feeling sick or something I may take as many as 5 showers a day.

Don't waste water!

Wash your butt after the pooping is done with the cold water.

When the water is warm enough, run the water hose over the rest of your body and then turn the water off.

Lather up all over and then turn the water back on to rinse off.

Is that so complicated?
