BYU's lone returning starting lineman, Matt Reynolds, had surgery and will be fitted with a rubberized club (er, uh, splint) until his broken hand heals. Could be back for OU game.

What's with Reynolds and getting hurt?

Kidding aside, the boy from Las Vegas has become a man and I expect both Battle Born kids to blow it up and not get hurt this year.

Anyway, BYU just gave up three more sacks reading this article and I expect a hungry, statement game from the defense that should lead the nation in sacks week 1 agains't a top 25 opponent.

No excuses, #8 or bust.
