The Gov can also track you through this thing called a social security number. That's why it's given, so they can keep track of you, they know what you make, where you live, how old you are, and a host of other things. Beck really could use some common sense.

Anyway, I have all kids of crazy **** hooked up to my network because, you know, I run a ****ing software company. Just to keep things simple, I used Wireshark to monitor my connection, because I'm sure you all know what Wireshark is. I'm sure an informed resource like Glenn Beck has educated you about a network traffic analyzer.

So here's what cars.gov does. Are you ready?
It sends some normal data via port 80 and then...OMG!!! It sets three onerous cookies!
