Anybody see the Oklahoma drill between LB's and TE's? It's worth watching! They were going at it pretty good!

I keep hearing on all the hype about him that Gresham is only an alright blocker and considered so highly for his receiving skills, but in those videos he looked pretty good to me.

thats fine and good...what he does in the game means more than a drill...I hope it translates to the field, because it didn't last year

#88 is Eric Mensik.

Man I love that drill! It was my favorite in high school. Its just you can the other guy......its either a block or a tackle. You either look like a stud or the other guy's b****.

JG is a beast. I hope we have all of that attitude in the games this year. If we do we might get Florida in a neutral State in January.

When I try to start the video up it is just a green screen. Any ideas?

I never saw any love lost between the defense and the offense in High School.

It was almost like the other was not part of the team. The offense always thought they where the chosen one.

Wow. Gresham abused Lewis.

I did not know until recently that Lewis broke Brian Bosworth's freshman tackling record (144), nor that he tied Bosworth's single game tackle record (against Texas-19). Now if he would just get a "Boz" haircut......

Why in the world was that "Hey-yah" song playing that drill? I mean, the fact that it is ever being played during a padded football practice is a little disturbing, but especially during that drill.

oh so THAT'S what the Oklahoma Drill is :D

All these reports on practice were all like "Every year, practice starts with the Oklahoma Drill" "Oklahoma Drill this, Oklahoma Drill that" without actually explaining what it was.

:D After seeing it, I guess you have watch it instead of just read a description of it.

I just found out what it was 2 years ago.

I just watched it agian... I was really impressed with Ronnell Lewis. The kid is much bigger than I thought and made two really good sticks that I saw. Is he middle or outside backer?

We always run the Oklahoma drill with 2 players on each side. 1 RB, 1 OL, 1 DL, 1 LB.

We're going to have to try that one.

Gresham is cocky, ego, swagger, trash talker........and he backs it up.

Now if Gresham will block on this year's fake punt against Texas, we'll be golden. ;)

Didn't The Boz have like 22 against Miami? Or are you still talking freshman season?

Oklahoma Drill gets me pumped up every year for football to start.

Kind of cool to see the Oklahoma Drill on HBO's Hard Knox following the Cinci Bengals. Great to see TRRW in there, but a rookie got the best of him in the drill. Also very sad to see JD Runnells cut at the end of the show. I would have been pissed to have been woken up to be told I'm cut with cameras in my face.

I learned what the Oklahoma drill was from one of the older NCAA games where you had to do different drills for the Road To Heisman mode. The drill was used to rate RB's and LB's in the game.

The best part about being a chick is that like other chicks, you never know whether or not I am playing hard to get, or being serious, or joking, or not in the mood for your crap, or feeling generous, or feeling ill... but no matter what we're feeling, YOUR GUESS IS WRONG.

So... did you think I was joking, or did you think I was being serious? Well, I can tell you already that you're wrong :P
