I called the ticket office with the same question, 2 weeks for the BYU tickets, another 2 weeks for the RRS tickets.

then again my seats are pretty good...

overall, not bad for upper deck prices

The 2009 football season opener is almost here, and we wanted to update you on your OU/BYU ticket order.

In a continued effort to better serve our fans, we are sending out an e-mail to inform you that your tickets are on their way! We mailed your ticket order on Wednesday, August 12, 2009, via 1st Class United States Postal Service.

If you have not received your tickets within 8-10 business days, please call The University of Oklahoma Athletics Ticket Office at (800)456-GoOU or (405)325-2424.
