New season of real estate pros is back on TLC. Was wondering if they would do another season. Richard cracks me up.

I honestly figured they crashed and burned after the mortgage bubble burst. The whole reason they could flip those houses so effectively is because the market was flooded with buyers -- many of whom could not now qualify.

Knowing Richard is a very smart guy, he must have found another angle.
