I thought that he wore number 19 most of the time.

The question is when did Finley change from number 85 to 19?

Kelly is wearing number 2 but changed to number 4!

If i remember right, Kelly changed to 4 after his freshman year when it became available because his idol was TFRW.

Yes, Finley changed his number from 85 to 19 before the 2006 season. I believe that's also when ENA went from 14 to 12, Reggie from 1 to 3, and Manny from 6 to 1.
