I love me some fish tacos and I figure outside of Baja California and San Diego, LJS's should make the best ones. I'll have to try them sometime.

Here in DC we don't have many of them but I just discovered one about 4 miles away. Woohoo.

Baja Fresh used to make good fish tacos but you can barely find the fish in them nowadays.

Good thing about them possum innard tacos, next day leftovers are just as good as when you fresh cooked 'em.

On a side note, however, I usually go to LJS (a "fish place") and eat the chicken. Perplexing? Yes, but it's perty good eatin', yes sir it is!

About twice a year I'll eat at LJS for lunch. It usually sounds good when the weather is cold and rainy and gray. Fried fish, fried chicken, french fries, hushpuppies, little crunchy things. Yum.

Then I **** my pants.
