just so you know. my wife got 6 months for like 14.00 bucks She hates their customer service too but she uses it to her advantage

Customer has become consumer in our Country.

You should call Consumer Service. Since there probably isn't one...you won't feel so PO'd.

They're terrible and never do what they say they're going to do. Hate their customer service, absolutely worthless.
