Yea, don't think so.

I can't think of any other QBs with #7 other than Phelps and Bomar--and since the pick-up didn't have a BigRedSports decal, I assume it wasn't Bomar. :)

Those are the only two listed as a QB with #7 as their number. So I would think it is more than likely Kelly. I played golf with him a few times at Lake Hefner 20+ years ago, nice guy even though he was a PC grad :D
