And the seller is being a complete jakass. The house is only 13 years old, and he is acting like it's ok things are wrong with it. He keeps giving all the inspectors sh*t, including a close family friend who inspects roofs. As a favor he was going to check out the rest of the house, so when he started looking under the sink for leaks, the seller said "WTF are you doing under the sink".

I don't know what this guys problem is. The house needs a lot of work, and I've put together a nice long list of things that need to be fixed before I move my family in it. Unfortunately, it's a sellers market so he will probably just tell me to eat his dik.

Seller's market?! Really? Wow, here I was under the impression that there is HELL lotta housing on the market right now, making it a BUYER'S market.

Even so, like I told a friend that was buying a car, you're gonna be invested in this a lot longer than the seller is. While the house seller's just gonna get a check from your loan bank, you're gonna be making mortgage payments for hundreds of months, so it better d@mn well be PERFECT.

It cracks me up that people stereotype Houston as a ghetto and a terrible place to live. It all depends on where you live within Houston.
