was more gut wrenching and mind boggling?

2001 vs Kansas State or 2008 vs Kansas State.

2008 was more mind-boggling for sure. 2001 was gut-wrenching.

They should have had to have the president of their university send Pres. Boren a clod of dirt symbolizing the annexation of their land to Norman and OU by the end of that game....instead we ended up with a "street ball" NBA all-star game with sloppy offense rendered successful by the utter lack of defense.

Yikes.

i was more stressed at the 2004 game than the 2008 game

The 2008 game was an omen that replacing RR was not going to be easy. But having scored 55 by half left little to be stressed about. Also, DM was showing flashes of his old self for the first time, so there was a good omen too.
