Here's the thing. Yes, you can make your own ribs. However, if its 8pm on a Thursday night and you suddenly get a hankering for ribs, slipping into Billy's joint is pretty handy.

Yeah, but I'm in Vegas so I'd have to order them, wait a day or more, and then fire up the ovn anyway!


That saidm if we nake the MNC again I'm ordering 2 of the end zone combos, one with pulled pork and the other witha briskit and adding an extra 3-4 slabs of ribs and an extra briskit and an extra pulled pork and a few extras of the spicy sauce.

That should go a long way towards keeping my *** sober ebough to remember winning number 8!
