I saw Box during Father's Day weekend in Enid. He said summer workouts are the toughest he's experienced. Out of the LB/DB group he said no more than 5 or 6 guys routinely finish the workout. If you don't finish or dog it, you have to do the entire workout over. FWIW, Box claimed he has never had to repeat a workout and it showed. He looked great and said it killed him missing spring ball and that he can't wait for August.
