This is good news IMO. Glad to see Obama come to his sense on this.

Like the Bush administration, the Obama administration argues that the legal basis for indefinite detention of aliens it considers dangerous is separate from war-crimes prosecutions. The Obama administration is and will continue to be politically correct. Give them a trial, the outcome of which is not related to their freedom from incarceration. Looks so much nicer that way.
