There must be other criteria 'cause I'm plenty bored (lord please let football season start!) Do you have to have a certain amount of posts or spec or something before you are given "star powers"?

I don't really care to use them that much, just curious. This site has a lot of inside jokes, etc. that make it interesting. I still don't understand the thread where people post the name of a song either...can't remember the name of the thread. It's the stuff that makes the site fun though.

This, and the difference might not be post counts, but rather, sponsorship. I might have received the star activation code a few years ago in my sponsorship gift package, I really do not recall.

you get it once you get I believe the regular bronze sponsorship and up. But like I said, it's a fun little feature that in the overall scheme of things is 100% useless outside of amusement.
