...At the "get motivated" conference. During the speech, he mentioned that a good leader will face defeart, to which some idiot behind mew yelled "TEXAS won the big 8-- (or something to that effec).

Stoops laughed and said " yeah, WITH AN ASTERISK!"


The crowd went wild. It was awesome.

You're funny... but if you should hear any of your peers bemoaning the fact that you play us, remind them that it was your creampuff schedule a few years back that kept you out of the BCS.

If you should have your best day - and in turn, our team has our worst possible - a win against Oklahoma is sure to put you on the national radar at the beginning of the season, much like your rival, non-Mormon counterparts at Utah U did when they beat Texas A&M early-on for the first BCS-buster season.

Ooo, did that loss make Fran Fran look baaaad :D
