i still don't get how you break rules, resign and still get money from your contract. shouldn't he owe Indiana (and OU) money?

why would anyone want to hire him anyway at this point, you cant trust him not to do things the wrong way

Well if your team played at a AT&T, Verizon, or Sprint Arena then I could see how you could have some interesting marketing ideas for your program by hiring Kelvin!

Here it was only about 1/3 of an extra call per day. That is around 2 extra calls per week...if you rest on the 7th day. There are more horrible crimes that have been inflicted upon humanity...though the NCAA cannot think of any. Nuremburg testimony paled in the wake of what Kelvin hath wrought.

Now if an agent and house were involved, there is no way the NCAA could possibly ever punish someone for something so petty!!
