I'd take Evans over Rubio.

A lot of people are high on Rubio and he can handle the ball great, but he's not a great shooter and he can't play defense. The dude is like 6'4 and 180 lbs and he's gonna get beat up in the NBA. I think Evans has a more NBA ready body and he can drive the lane and take some abuse while getting to the basket. Evans isn't a great shooter either and he may need to get better at defense, but I would rather take him at 3 then Rubio.

Brandon Jennings has been lighting it up this summer I don't think he is getting enough recognition for what he has been doing in Vegas.
