I'm going to attempt to play golf at The Links this Saturday. Anything you know about playing there would be helpful. TIA,

heh.

1st, leave the driver at home, place is as tight as a 15 year old, and many of the holes on the back force you to lay up short of 220 anyway.

2nd, the greens are pretty severe in places.....try to stay under the hole.

6th, have fun. Place is usually in excellent shape, has Zoysia collars so you can putt from just about anywhere around the greens.

154th, FU for not inviting me.

I have never played golf in my life, but I had a ton of fun looking like a fool at the driving range with my father on dad's day. He taught me how to look awkward and hook fantastically bad with a 7-iron. Where do I go from there?

Well, yes. But I would prefer not to pay huge amounts of money I don't have on this hobby. :D

Should've made it a par 3 course. The greens were straight out of Mario Golf. We were told we had the course to ourselves for the morning, when SURPRISE! - a shotgun tournament started up and it took my group 1.5 hours to finish the last 4 holes.

I'll take CT and their overplayed greens before I go back to The Links.
