He has a wealth of experience and knowledge.

He was a four-year starter on the offensive line at the University of Oklahoma.

He earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology from OU in 1995 and master's degrees in both education and human relations in 1998.

Well... that's about all the press release says on that linky, heh. Probably the most useful thing outta that was that his time at OU preceded Stoops', so sorry, probably not a Stoops spy.
