That is a quote from a story about the mess at KSU right now. It could have read "the taint smells", or "the taint leaves a sour taste behind".....

Bill Snyder coming back to KSU after the university named the stadium after him (errrr... "his family," sorry) and every media outlet declares him the greatest program rebuilder of all time is kind of like Oral Roberts returning from sunny California to see what a mess his son and daughter-in-law made of his namesake university here in Tulsa.

Except in Oral's case, they knew better than to let him return to presidency.

Why, KSU, WHY?! Alas, we will now get more chances to revenge Jason White's knees.
