Question for wannabe rockers: I have the guitar hero world tour package, two guitars, drums and a mic, the whole setup for Wii. Can I go buy a rock band disc will it work with my equipment?

Will they ever have Boomer Sooner on Rock Band??? :P

I tried that "guitar hero" the other day and found it lame. I play real guitar and find it much more satisfying to play. Just my opinion...

two completely different things. hate it when people try to transfer between the two, like people who think playing real guitar helps you play guitar hero and vice versa. completely retarded, it's a video game.

So why not play the friggin video game that ACTUALLY teaches you to play instead? Then it's not comparing the two, it's the fun of a game with something to show for it besides just carpal tunnel.

Sorry, but I just believe it to be more constructive to learn how to play real instruments intead of wasting time with a video game. How are you going to serenade your significant other? With guitar hero? Are there any careers for people who play guitar hero? No.

Jeez, guys, it's a game. I haven't heard a single person yet play Guitar Hero and think that they have done anything more than press buttons in rhythm with music. I don't get why you guys feel the need to come in here and rail on it.

I finished every song on the orginal guitar hero with 5 gold stars on hard. Now, if you smarmy ******s are gonna tell me I can't pick up a real geetar and play as good as Slash, **** you!:mad:
