Are we going after this running back at all?

As a sophomore he was 6'0" 210#.

Wonder if we can get him since Shelton McClain just committed to us.

Here is a video of Brown his sophomore year.

wow that is an impressive highlight reel. His upright running style reminds me of another #28....... (although he doesnt look to be quite as fast)

No offense to McClain because he could turn out to be the next Mark Clayton, but does anybody think we offered to help us with Malcolm Brown?

McClain looks to be a good player in his own right. Good size, good speed.
It never hurts to have a familiar face already on the team, tho.

I think it's possible. Do I think it's likely...? I don't know.

Is it good to recruit good players from schools when there will be other good players coming from that school...? You betcha!

I wasn't meaning that McClain won't be a good player becaus he might play for 4 years. All I was saying was do coaches recruit a so so kid to get a better kid the next year.

I think without a doubt that happens, though I don't know and in fact would guess, that is not the case here.

You have a WR with good size and speed so I would agree thats not the case. I think I would have to say that that was probably the case with Jontae Bumpus because Muskogee had some nice players coming up the next year.

He had me after the first snap - I'm sold. Hey, he wears No. 28, I wonder if we could get another No. 28 to make a house call?

I would prefer that we DON'T do that since it's against NCAA rules.

Hell NO!

That would be a recruiting violation!

He runs with a lot of power and aggression. That's fun to watch.
