And you wonder why people were up in arms about this when it went through?! Here would be the proof.
I am all about extreme measures to **** with people that are ****ing with us. I dont agree with most of the libs when I say "torture" doesnt bother me all that much.
This however is different.

When your "main threats to National Security" are the recently returned deployed troops, your views are a little skewed and you end up with carp like this.

She doesn't believe in guns? I can promise her that they are indeed real.

Correct. And even if this kid was doing all the shenanigans they suspect, they should be forced to level charges for holding him. He's no enemy combatant. I mean, come on.

I didn't notice he was a ginger. I revoke my previous sarcasm and "shenanigans" post. He should be locked away forever.

The kid reminds me of the prick who lost to the Karate Kid in the finals.
Lock him up and throw away the key ... and get rid of his $hit-eating grin.

And RICO, the law intended to combat the mafia, is used against white collar criminals all the time. Once you pass a law, it applies to everybody, and clever prosecutors will use any law at their disposal.
