A Girl walks the streets like a hooker. She walks up to your car and asks you if you want to have teh secs. He never offered money for teh secs yet they arrested him.

Imagine a guy might want to have teh secs with a woman...

3rd guy is walking down the street. Cop/hooker comes on to him...she says she wants money for teh secs. He says..."OK whatever".

Dumbass lies that he agreed to it....
