If you're in the area, one way or another, here's the scoop:
The location is Tanoan Country Club on Academy Blvd. NE (far northeast heights part of town). Cost is $30 for a buffet-style meal. Last year, we had two OU coaches (assistant FB coach Jay Norvell and assistant men's BB coach Ben Betts) and OU band director Brian Britt speak.
We still don't know which OU coaches are coming yet, but Artesia (N.M.) coach Cooper Henderson will be on the program. We're hoping he'll bring a DVD of some Landry Jones high school highlights. They were Class 4A state champs that year when he was the QB (senior year), and he had some great throws in that state title game against Roswell Goddard.
