I've put up with basketball long enough, and now baseball is starting to settle in....... I need something football related. The NFL draft is coming up. Give me some sleepers, or surprises, or anything draft related.....

that goes for the rest of yall 2..... I'm officially going through football withdraws..... Post some NFL draft stuff.

Where do the 'experts' have Duke and Phil going in their mocks?

Most have Duke in the 2nd and Loadholt in the 3rd. The first OU player taken may be Iglesias. The scouts have been impressed with his ability to catch everything. Nic Harris likely to fall to the 5th round.

It appears the scouts are finding that Crabtree has a bit of an ego and is not real bright. Al Davis should love him.

Why do they have Nic Harris going so low? He has great size and athletic ability and a tackleing style like TRRW ;)

I swear i thought most people had Nic as a first rounder during the preseason.... did he really fall off that much???

some people had nic as a top 10 last year, but he has dropped due the fact he is gonna be a project linebacker instead of a safety...just too slow..

duke did himself a world of good by slimming up some..2nd round...Phil will probably be late 3rd, early 4th...way too stiff and will probably end up on the right side...and RT aren't in demand like LT...his footwork moved him over...

Brandon Walker had a really good combine(my sleeper pick way before btw) but his laziness is well documented...Jon Cooper and BW both are 6-7 rounders..maybe 5 for Cooper if someone wants an undersized Center..

I'm still interested to see where another sleeper pick I had, Jason Boltus ends up...very strong armed quarterback....just rough around the edges...

Stafford is telling all his buddies the Lions are picking him...

Andre Smith is one guy that its hard to get an idea on where he is going...If it wasn't for Nick Saban, he would have slid down and out of the 1st round...Saban is very well respected amongst the NFL teams and his continued praise of Smith is keeping him top 10 right now...

Iglesias will not be a 2nd round pick IMO...too slow and can't create separation needed for that high of a pick...good hands though..I say 3-5 rounds..

right...and nobody is gonna draft a guy very high that is going to have to learn a new position like that, not knowing how he will develop..

there is talk about moving the draft to February starting next season...Not sure how that would work out
