It went 35 full innings, a full game plus more after this thread started. I don't think it was jinxed. ;)

Maybe you didn't jinx it by starting this thread, but it only went for 2 more innings after your second post.

I think it's pretty clear that your second post was a jinx.

See, this thread is like if a pitcher had a no-hitter going through 7 innings and then you went up to him in the dugout and said "Hey man, congrats on the no-hitter thru 7." Then he kept the no hitter going in the 8th, so you go back up to him and say "Hey man, congrats on another hitless inning" and then he blows it in the 9th and then you say "It wasn't me that jinxed it, cuz he still kept it going through the 8th."

You got lucky during the 8th inning (your first post). But doing it again after the 8th (your second post) was just asking for trouble.

No harm done...it's just one loss...we just need to learn from this mistake.
