I think it's about right. This is not a dominating Syracuse defense. In fact, they're borderline awful. However, they make up for it on offense. So, given that the pace of the game will probably be up-tempo (which I think greatly favors the Sooners), it'll be a 140-160 type of game.

Of course, I could be way off base and the final score will be 42-38.

I've seen the O/U as high as 153. It opened at like 148. I think it's still low, if anything. Both teams kinda like running, averaging around 70 possessions per game.
