I heard a news blurb over the weekend where some guy in Oklahoma had started a bank named such and the response was good.

My question is, if redneck is an acceptable ideology, what are its tenents?

Pay their notes?
Work?

I'm thinkin if it is in fact doing well, folks are likening, "redneck", to just, "down home country".

Redneck was originally an insult of sorts. People who had a red neck had it because they worked out in the sun. It was an indication that they did menial work rather than a professional type job. Remember that in the old days women used a lot of powder to keep themselves from looking tanned or sunburnt. This was before George Hamilton.

It's the internet division of Bank of the Wichitas, not really a new bank.
