What is the fascination with parking backwards? Just park and be done. It takes longer sometimes when backing in, than it does if you back out.

in a situation like that it's easier to park in reverse then to back out. we did it alot in korea simply because the parking spaces were so much tighter and it's seems to be easier to back in then to back out.

I agree with SB93, with a little practice its easier to back in. I can put my fullsize extended cab chevy in a tighter spot backing in than pulling in forward.

Plus it is a lot safer when pulling out. A lot safer.

i watched Instigator park for some young foreignese kid behind our hotel in Miami Beach after an ordeal that took longer than that :D
