Syracuse narrowly missed winning in regulation when an "almost" game-winning 3 was taken off the board. The guy was literally hundredths of a second too late on the shot. Now its in the 3rd OT on ESPN. Great game if anyone wants to watch.

The little point gaurd for Syracuse is a stud. He always looks to dish first, then score. I'd love to have a little "drew lavender" spark-plug here next season. Isn't Mason-Griffin a PG?

Unbelievable! 5 OTs! I feel sorry for anyone who misses this game. I also feel sorry for everyone still playing in this game. I will feel even more sorry for the team that loses.

I know fouls arent called at the end of games, much like they werent in a million years going to call that foul on BG at the end of our game but Harris for the Cuse just got slapped on the arm and undercut with the body and nothing called. I dont get why fouls arent called when they are fouls like that

Yes and he is a true PG at that which we really need

its a battle of the scrubs and Syracuse has more of their studs still left, they seem to be taking over

Near as I can tell, this is the longest D-1 game in the shot-clock era. Pre-shot-clock Cincy beat someone in 7OT.

Greatest game EVER! Johnny Flynn is teh STUD. Im so happy that Cuse won b/c of what happened at the end of regulation.

lets hope the cuse dont end up as a 7 seed, their gaurds would give us trouble in the 2nd rd if we end up as a 2 seed

watched this last night too, started watching with 5 minutes left in regulation thinking I would watch that and go to bed around 11:00, yeah didnt go to bed till 12:30. What a game, Jonny Flynn is a man, I wish our guards played with that kind of intensity and heart.

As much as I hate to admit it, Mark Rodgers said it pretty well a while ago on the SA. AJ's problem isnt his back, his back was fine when he was playing well, his back was fine on that reverse dunk, AJ's problem is that he is a marginal D1 pg but he is the best we have right now.

He has really wishy washy confidence so I think the coaches try to protect him with the back excuse

i don't disagree with you or Rodgers overall but the info about AJ's back (that i posted) comes straight from Alex Brown talking with my Dad. There's no hidden coaches' agenda there.

I think unfortunately this game showed us alot about our guys, when you get down to playing a really good team and your big guys have fouled out or are in foul trouble, that is when good gaurds take over the game.

This is what Devendorf and Flynn did, AJ Price did this as well for Uconn, I dont think we have anyone that can do this.

WW is a stud but he is still young and makes too many mistakes, this will ultimately be what costs us if we dont make it to the Final Four
