So I'm starting to creak a little, and have been entertaining the idea of seeing a massage therapist every so often to get the kinks worked out. Is it generally worth the trouble to do so?

seriously, yes. after my car accident a few years ago my doctor prescribed it for me and it worked better than any chiropractic visit, physical therapy or pain medication
