i never even knew there was such a thing. but, they play on Friday nights apparently. according to wiki, it's not much of a spectator sport. gotta love wiki. lije cheesy metal being big in Japan, underwater hockey is big in Australia.
i don't think i'll go (ever)...since i avoid campus on the weekends and it might have been a guy (one of the CU lifeguards) hitting on me at the pool. who knows? i was too complexed by the idea of underwater hockey to give the "i'm usually at my gf's on the weekend's"--thanks, but no thanks coded response.
maybe it's cool? i used to play intramural water polo as a grad student and that was pretty fun...even though i wasn't really in that great of shape to do it. maybe it's kind of like floor hockey or nerf basketball cool? but, it's such a stretch of the imagination. queue: gheyest thing ever/KC lives in Boulder responses.....I know.
