Spyware doctor, spysweeper or something else?

I am looking for the best adware/malware program available and don't care if it's free or not. I already have spybot search and destroy and it is a good program but apparently not good enough. :O I did a system restore this morning and fixed most of the problems but would like to not have to do that again if I can prevent it.

i use AVG for viruses and spyware

i also use Firefox and avoid IE as much as possible

i don't usually have many problems

also, avoiding Windows helps a lot too ;)

Firefox v IE doesn't matter if you are downloading the program into your hard drive. :D

IE will unknowingly install stuff for you to a much greater extent than Firefox will

I run superantispyware, malwarebytes, AVG and spybot - search and destroy

they all have a tendency to find different infections

i use spybot and AVG. i bought Spysweeper for 18.00$ for two years (about 2 years ago) and i never had any problems. it seems really overpriced (compared to AVG, Adaware, or spybot when it's 35$ a year or something now vs. free....and doesn't seem to ever rate much higher/or any different on independent reviews.

i use the majorgeeks.com site that sitzpinkler linked for stuff/free DL's etc.
