Dude, it's Def Leppard and Poison. The proper punchline is "acid-wash jean jacket".

I'll give you partial credit for Cheap Trick, but Members Only jackets don't strike me as very powerpop.

actually, my preemptive response is that Cheap Trick is still going to hell for ruining Big Star's In the Street. The Trick is OK, other than that. I saw them maybe 6-7 years ago when they played a tour at theatre venues (the Fox in Boulder) where they played the 1st two LP's start to finish. that was pretty cool.

Cheap Trick sucked, Poison was pretty good and Def Leppard ROCKED!

I'm not really a fan but they put on a great show. Also the crowd at the BOK was probably the craziest I have ever seen. Filled to the rafters with drunk 30 and 40 year olds yelling, waving arms and even throwing beers.

Good times. :D
