True huevos have beans in them too. Also, once you get some roasted green chiles you will wonder what you ever liked about jalapenos. I know that sounds crazy, but I learned.
Huevos Rancheros should have those ingredients layered on a flour tortilla.

we used to fry leftover (handmade) italian sausage ravioli at this place i used to work...not in a deep fryer but in a skillet. that was good shizz.
