So the car forum I post on alot had this little article on it. Yeah, as you can tell it went over like a Jesus joke in the middle of church.

(d) Restrictions and prohibitions on the sale and distribution of after-market motor vehicle parts, including but not limited to tires, if alternatives are available that decrease greenhouse gas emissions from motor vehicles;

Well, it is the state that doesn't allow self service gas stations for the "protection" of the environment.

Maybe it's for the protection of the morons lighting smokes or talking on their cell as they pump gas!
