I lived in the athletic dorms for my two years at OU and being around them everyday you got to know what they were up to. School, working out, school, more working out, basketball at the Huff, eat, school, sleep, Schmidt getting you ready for the spring, summer and fall, etc.

Yeah the NCAA limit what they can do.

I am sure some of the things have changed since I played CFB, but mainly what the players are doing is lifting and conditioning, film study, and homework.

Their schedule is not as hectic as it was in the fall, so they get a lot more down time, but their schedule is still a full one to say the least.
