MIDWEST CITY — A Midwest City woman pulling in to her driveway last night was shot at least once in the face by stray gunfire after next door neighbors discovered a guest with a gun at their daughter’s sweet 16 party.
The woman, whose name has not been released, is listed in stable condition at OU Medical Center, and police are looking for a 19-year-old suspect, according to Midwest City Police Chief Brandon Clabes.
Officers are currently looking for the suspected shooter, Clabes said, but the department is not planning on releasing the suspect’s identity until an arrest has been made.
