It's biodegradable. If yours isn't you're probably wiping with aluminum foil.

Now if you could find a way to turn used toilet paper into electricity... :D

yeah, it breaks down into the rest of all the raw sewage... i don't think it'd really be possible to pick out just the paper fibers from the rest of the sewage. They DO make toilet paper that is recycled materials, though.
